Your orders are protected by ‘deb assured'. It means if you don't like the product due to any reason you can return it back for a full refund. 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are granted solely for items that have not been exchanged. We reserve the right to decline refunds for items showing wear, damage or alterations.

To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@debstore.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 

Exchanges
We facilitate size and design exchanges based on inventory availability. If you wish to exchange an item, kindly contact us at customersupport@debstore.in to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We strive to accommodate your exchange request; however, availability cannot be guaranteed. Please note that exchanged items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase and original tags.  Our team will guide you through the exchange process and assist with available alternatives.


 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. In case of COD orders we may ask you for bank details for transfer of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
